1. Provider, subject and scope
The provider identified in the Imprint operates under the Vireltix trading name. These terms govern use of the public information website. They do not grant a Marketplace licence or guarantee that an announced future feature will be released.
Separate App Terms, the relevant Marketplace listing and applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms govern apps. Mandatory law and validly incorporated higher-priority terms prevail in the event of conflict.
2. Website use
You may use the website for lawful information, evaluation and contact purposes. Content may be viewed through a normal browser, quoted and linked within the limits of applicable law.
Unauthorised access, circumvention of security or access controls, malicious code, unlawful use and automated load that impairs availability or security are prohibited. Legitimate search indexing and security research permitted by law remain unaffected.
3. Information, documentation and no individual advice
Product descriptions, resources and documentation are maintained with care but provide general information. Examples, JQL queries, process suggestions and illustrative product views must be adapted to the customer’s Jira configuration, permissions and operating model.
The website is not legal, privacy, security or operational advice and does not replace the customer’s risk decisions. Binding product characteristics follow from the Marketplace listing and contractual documents in effect when the contract is made.
4. Intellectual property and permitted use
Original text, design, software elements, documentation and imagery are protected by intellectual-property law. No broader right is transferred except where expressly agreed or required by law.
Trademarks, product names and third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Atlassian, Jira and Confluence are used solely to describe compatibility; no Atlassian affiliation or endorsement is claimed.
5. External links and third-party services
Links to the Atlassian Marketplace, Atlassian documentation and other third-party sites lead to independent services. Their operators are responsible for content, availability, privacy, accessibility and contractual terms.
A link does not imply legal control or endorsement unless expressly stated. Reasonable notices that linked content is unlawful or no longer appropriate will be reviewed.
6. Marketplace and contract formation
This website is not a checkout. Installation, ordering, licence metrics, billing, renewals and refunds for Marketplace apps are handled through Atlassian under its applicable processes. A disabled ‘Coming soon’ control is not an offer or a commitment to a release date.
A website or email enquiry does not automatically form a contract. A contract is formed only through the steps specified in the relevant Marketplace process or a separate agreement.
7. Availability, accuracy and changes
We may update, correct or remove content and develop the website. Temporary interruption may result from maintenance, security measures or platform incidents. Continuous availability is not promised.
Statutory information duties, binding agreed services and accrued rights remain unaffected. Material legal documents are marked with a revised effective date.
8. Liability
Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory product liability and expressly assumed guarantees. For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical for the contract. Mandatory statutory rights, including consumer rights, remain unaffected.
This provision is not a blanket exclusion of statutory duties. Where the free website supplies general information only, any liability is also governed by the mandatory law applicable to that relationship.
9. Governing framework and consumer rights
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent that this choice is permitted. Mandatory consumer protections of a consumer’s habitual-residence state remain unaffected.
A choice of venue can apply only where legally permitted or separately agreed with eligible users. These terms do not restrict a consumer’s mandatory statutory venue.
10. Severability and priority
If a provision is or becomes ineffective, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. An ineffective provision is not automatically replaced by a broader exclusion of liability or rights; applicable law controls.
11. Contact and changes
